Accessibility Statement

Last updated: September 28, 2026. We want KICKO to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities, and work to make it accessible under Israel's Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility) Regulations, 2013.

Conformance level

The site is built to the Israeli standard IS 5568, which is based on WCAG 2.0 level AA, and has also been checked against WCAG 2.1 level AA.

What we have done

  • Every page declares its language (Hebrew right-to-left, English left-to-right), so screen readers read it correctly.
  • Every image has alternative text, and graphics that carry information are described for screen readers.
  • All links and buttons can be reached with the keyboard, with a clearly visible focus.
  • Form fields are labelled, and videos have play and pause controls.
  • The home page and the legal pages pass the axe-core automated checker with no errors.

What is not yet fully accessible

  • The contrast of some text shown over photos and gradient backgrounds on the home page is still being reviewed by hand.
  • The customer story video on the home page does not have captions yet.
  • The video editor itself (marking a player inside a video, the timeline) is built around visual work on video, and not every action in it is available to screen readers. We are glad to help you create your video — just contact us.
  • Videos uploaded by users are their responsibility; we do not add captions to them.
