Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 27, 2026. This document explains what information KICKO collects and why. KICKO is operated by Navon Amos, a sole proprietor registered in Israel (business no. 31719602).
Information we collect
- Account and registration details, including name, email and user type.
- Video files, player photos, selected music, player-card information, text and project settings.
- Technical information such as IP address, browser type, action timing, errors, and upload, tracking and render status.
- Payment information managed by Paddle.com. KICKO does not store credit-card numbers.
- Inside a clip, the system follows the player you marked to frame them. We do not use face recognition, create biometric data, or identify or categorise people.
How we use information
- To operate uploads, trimming, tracking, rendering, downloads and project recovery.
- To provide support, diagnose problems and improve beta stability.
- To manage permissions, quotas, plans and payments.
- To contact beta registrants or users who request support.
Videos and images
The videos, images and details you upload remain yours. We use them to provide processing, storage, tracking, rendering, recovery and support.
We will not use player videos, photos or names for marketing, public demonstrations or advertising without separate, explicit permission.
Cookies and browser storage
We do not use tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. The browser keeps only what the service needs to work: your sign-in and preferences such as language. On the pricing page, Paddle loads the payment form and may use cookies that are necessary to secure the payment, under its own privacy policy.
Minors
Accounts may only be opened by people aged 18 or over. Videos of young players are uploaded by their parent or guardian, or with their consent. A parent can ask at any time, through our support page, for their child's videos and information to be deleted.
External services
KICKO uses third-party services including Supabase, Cloudflare R2, RunPod, Railway, Resend and Paddle to operate the product.
Access and deletion
You may contact support to request access to or deletion of personal information and uploaded content. Some information may remain temporarily in backups, logs or billing records for operational or legal reasons.
